Our Story
For over 30 years, award winning designer and builder Don Shultz has relied on his vision and attention to detail to produce quality custom homes and light commercial buildings for his clients. Along with his wife, Peggy, and sons, Darren and Drew, the family has now designed and constructed over 500 residential properties in Summit and surrounding counties. Starting as a small custom home builder, the Shultz family business has grown into one of the area's most respected building companies.
